i'm trying to install laminate floorboards at an apartment in melbourne.

Had a good supplier from ebay - www.bigbrands.com.au - Suddenly the body corporate tells me i need a fire rating certification, but when i asked the supplier he does not have it.

I would have thought being a class 2 building concrete - such things wouldn't apply.
